Something Phishy
Howdy, people of the internet!
Did you see the football last night? eh? I didn’t, because I hate football and have no interest in it whatsoever. I wish I could muster some enthusiasm for the game, as it would make small talk with other men in pubs, haircuts and taxi rides a lot less awkward.
I’m digressing.
I trust you are well on this Monday morning? Yeah, I know, nobody like Monday mornings, but hopefully a little blog update will fill your mind with colour and joy.
Over the weekend, Phish played a show in Burgettstown, PA, (one day I hope to visit all these places I have done posters for, it would make for an interesting road trip) and they kindly asked me to produce a poster to commemorate the show. It’s my first time working with the band, and it turned out to be a lot of fun. Big thanks to the band and management for asking me to be involved, and special thanks to Julia for making the whole process run like clockwork.
Over the weekend I have been inundated with emails from people asking me about selling copies of this poster. The fact is that I will have a very limited number of the prints to sell. I don’t have them in hand just yet, but they are being shipped at the moment. When I have the copies in hand, and the tubes to ship them out in, I will be selling them through my STORE. I will post another blog to notify you of a sale time and all other finer details. Please be patient. It will be limited to one copy per customer, and anything over that will be refunded.
I know the demand for Phish posters amongst their fan base is very high, and giving a sale time in advance, and limiting each order to one copy, is about the fairest way to go about these things.
Until then, here it is in digital form.
